APERITIVO: A FRIULIAN TRADITION

From 11:30 AM until close, Carlino’s Aperitivo experience invites guests to enjoy a curated selection of small, seasonal tastings designed to pair effortlessly with a classic spritz or an elegant glass of wine.

At 2:30 PM daily, the Aperitivo Table transforms into a live culinary showcase, featuring hand-carved Prosciutto San Daniele, house-made charcuterie, and a rotating selection of eleven Friulian cicchetti—a refined nod to Venice’s famous Bacari bars.

This experience is not just about food—it’s about engagement, storytelling, and communal connection.

 
 

Chef Brian Fowke and the culinary team are excited to deliver to Vancouver an all new Carlino. Driven by the desire to curate a truly unique and memorable dining experience, this menu strives to fulfill a sense of togetherness; not only from the restaurants inspiration of combining the cultures of Friuli, its surroundings and our own, but also togetherness at the table.
